Delete a user tool file or a built-in tool’s override

Deletes the tool’s file, without asking. builtin__<name> deletes the override in a tools directory’s builtin/ folder and brings the shipped tool back. Plans and agents that still call it are listed; nothing else is changed. Pack tools can’t be removed one at a time — remove a pack with dive pack remove.

Arguments

NAME · string · required

The tool’s name: user__<name> or a bare name, or builtin__<name> for an override

Options

--json · boolean

Print a JSON envelope instead of text

Global options

-v, --verbose · integer

Increase log verbosity (-v info, -vv debug, -vvv trace)
